Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the apps that UWILL (the "Developer") distributes on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all apps distributed by the Developer. Because each app uses different features, only the items below that an app actually uses apply to it. Which items apply is determined by what each app declares in its store listing (App Privacy and Data safety sections).

2. Personal Information the Developer Collects

The Developer does not collect your name, email address, phone number, address, or account information, and the apps have no separate sign-up or login. The apps do not send your information to servers owned by the Developer.

3. Information Stored Only on Your Device

App settings, notification settings, and records you create are stored only on your device, and the Developer cannot see them. They are deleted when you delete the app. If you have device backup turned on (iCloud or Google backup), they may be included in that backup, which belongs to your account.

4. Permissions the Apps Request

Permissions are requested only when you use the related feature. If you deny a permission, you can still use everything except that feature.

• Notifications: Used for local notifications scheduled on your device. The apps do not use server push.
• Camera, microphone, photos: Requested only by apps with a feature that needs them. Image processing and audio recording or analysis happen on your device and are not sent to the Developer.
• Location: Requested only by apps that need a location feature. Apps that do not need it do not collect location.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Collection (Apps That Show Ads Only)

Apps that show ads use Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google LLC may collect the following information:

• Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID; iOS IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and app-scoped identifiers
• Approximate location derived from your IP address, and device information such as device model, operating system version, and language
• App interactions such as ad impressions and clicks, and performance and diagnostic data

This information is used to serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud, and may be transferred to and processed on Google's servers overseas (including in the United States). The Developer does not directly receive or store this information. Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

6. In-App Purchases (Apps With Purchases Only)

Payments are processed by Apple's and Google's payment systems, and the Developer does not receive payment information such as card numbers. The Developer only verifies, through the store, the transaction information needed to confirm whether a purchase was made.

7. Consent and Your Choices

• iOS: Apps that show ads display the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt on first launch. If you do not allow tracking, the app works the same and ads are shown without tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Android: In Settings > Google > Ads, you can reset or delete your advertising ID and turn off personalized ads.
• In regions where it is required, a Google consent message (UMP) is shown.
• You can revoke app permissions at any time in your device settings.

8. Retention and Deletion

The Developer retains no personal information. Information on your device is deleted when you delete the app. Information held by Google is governed by Google's policies.

9. Children

The Developer's apps are not directed to children under 14, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, this page will be updated along with its effective date.
